Our commitment

We want every EaseMyWrk consultation to be valuable. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to My Consultations in your dashboard.
  2. Find the relevant booking and click Cancel (if within the free cancellation window).
  3. For disputes after a session, click Open Dispute on the booking.
  4. Our team reviews disputes within 2 business days and emails you the outcome.

Platform Fee

The 15% platform fee is non-refundable in cases where the consultation was completed as scheduled and the expert fulfilled their obligations.

Refund Methods

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking). Cashfree processes the reversal; bank timelines apply. We cannot refund to a different payment method.

Disputes

If you believe the quality of service was inadequate, you may open a dispute within 48 hours of the session ending. EaseMyWrk's resolution team will review evidence from both parties and make a final decision within 5 business days. EaseMyWrk's decision is final in all dispute cases.
